Fun fact about Chapter 3: Stepdad was originally going to grab Pomni and force her face into the mud to drown her but I thought that was too much suffocation happening and deleted it

Not a question, just wanted to say: unironically, Pomni suffering and inflicting life-ending injuries and equivalent emotional damage is apparently my favourite thing to read about. I can’t handle gore when it’s visual, but the whole time I was reading Chapter 3 of Red Hot Needle, I was loving it.

Like, yes girliepop, rip out his fucking throat with your teeth! Gives me the same kind of feelings I got from reading the ending of Self Reflection by the_riley_files, and I mean that in the best possible way. Something about characters who absolutely cannot die being put through such brutality is so captivating for me!

And the spikes digging in while Ragatha hugs her. Ugh! I love it so much.

Can’t wait for Ragatha to hopefully stab a bitch! And also to see if she bleeds. The blood mixing with the stuffing falling out of her could be horrible to see. Turning her soft interiors into slimy chunks that are loosely strung together. But I would also love her being just stuffing in there. It could be great symbolism for how used to the suffering she is. She just puts it back inside, stitches herself back up, and pretends like nothing happened. Like she did back in her human body.

I guess what I’m trying to say is: I love these two, and how you write them. I need to see them suffer more ❤️ (any cuddles afterwards are greatly appreciated)

Also damn, Self Reflection is a fuckin masterpiece, so I am beyond flattered it reminded you of it.

Fucking Pomni up may be my favorite thing ever but fucking Ragatha up is a very close second. I just love shoving them in the angst blender and watching them go round and round.

Pomni and Rags I love you but you both need a MOUNTAIN of angst before I am to give you a smidgen of reprieve.
