Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream, softened. 1 cup hot fudge sauce. 1 cup crushed Oreos. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a bowl, mix together brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool completely. Spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the cooled brownies. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the hot fudge sauce. Spread whipped cream over the Oreos. Finish by sprinkling chocolate sprinkles over the whipped cream layer. Cover and freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm. Slice and serve chilled.
