[makes tea or coffee to set the Vibe] [sits down at desk] [opens notebook/laptop] [can’t find favorite pen] [spends next 20 minutes looking for pen] [gets distracted on phone] [answers texts/emails] [finally finds pen] [shakey exhale of relief] [sits back down at desk] [writes another sentence or two] [realizes your drink has gotten cold] [contemplates heating it back up for approximately 5 minutes] [ends up chugging it] [goes to wash mug] [sits back down at desk] [spends 10 minutes trying to think of That One Word for a particular shade of green that’s 7 letters long, starts with ‘e’ and ends in ‘d’ that’s on the tip of your tongue but you just can’t seem to remember] [finishes paragraph] [realizes you don’t know much about a topic you’re vaguely referencing in a metaphor/analogy] [spends next two hours researching niche topic and gaining odd knowledge you will undoubtedly info dump on your loved ones at some point in time] [next thing you know it’s 5am the following day] [gets up to stretch briefly] [sits back down at desk] [starts to doze off] [you startle awake] [that word u previously lost was ‘emerald’]
