It's been a really busy and hectic week. It's actually been really busy since the July 4th weekend, but alhamdulillah it's already been 12 days. I have been able to maintain atleast 3 days of gym per week even though I would preferer one or two more. IA posting the gym days from this week soon!

I agree for the most part, but it works out great to hit the gym before you break your fast because of the long fasts these days.

I don’t know how many of you fitblrs are fasting and working out but props to you for doing both! Here’s a little reminder of things to remember this month.
Don’t push yourself too much, your body isn’t use to the starving and if you’re going to try balance the two don’t make...

I start an hour before and then go home and break fast :-)
