This IS however going to be filled with a personal journey on losing weight because I genuinely need it. And bonus things of my thoughts and inner feelings I Do Not want the people close to me knowing

Thinking about how loving someone can cause so much pain simultaneously. It’s worse when knowing you’re the one who is the problem, but there’s just something so scary about getting Too Close and they see something that will scare them off

I’m so tired honestly. What am I doing anymore? I deal with so much bullshit I end up just blocking everything from my head and going radiosilent while feeling akin to being numb

I don’t deserve what I have, everything is too hard

I miss people who used to be a part of my life and just can’t seem to let go of not being a part of theirs anymore

The people I’m still a part of I feel like I’m lying to them, somehow. If I stop being who they think I’m like, I just know they’re going to hate me

I Definitely could have done better but today I’ve been so tired I couldn’t care less hehe… ah.

Day 2! 8/9/26

Breakfast / Lunch:

Pozole (~2 cups for bowl) - 500

Hooray! It went so well today, I ended up going a bit under (which wasn’t my intention!) but I count that as a win ( ◠‿◠ )

Day 1! 8/8/26

Lunch (I forgot to have breakfast):

Arizona Strawberry Half&Half Iced Tea (though I mixed it with water because it was sweeter than I anticipated) - 90

Lime Chili Shrimp Flavored Ramen Noodles (Maruchan) - 370

I’m usually not a dessert person, but my little cousins were over and my auntie paid for dinner sooo why not! To be fair, I only had a little more than half so I guess to be more accurate I had 1,270? Still! I think I’m already doing well (*^ω^*)

I wouldn’t deprive myself of a little treat if it doesn’t affect me much

Ok! Let’s see here….

My doc (yes my actual doc) wants me to reach 130 in at least 5 months, and I am currentlyyyyy *checks* 151.8! Not too bad I think, given I’m just under 5’

He didn’t tell me very specifically how to loose the weight though ;-; sooo off to google!!

I found this Calorie Counter though that’s a pretty good start I think!

It says NOT to do the last two without checking in with your doctor, and uh, I forgot to tell him about this so I’m going with the SAFE route and starting at 1,377 calories a day!

I don’t thinkkkk it should be too hard, maybe put a stop to certain snack breaks I do all the time :P goodbye takis TT^TT for now!!!

I’m not going to scrutinize too hard if u go a little over or under for the first few weeks, since I’m just starting out but we’ll get there! Yay!!
