Does anyone else ever feel like they’ve lost literally all motivation and all you want to do is curl up in a ball in bed and eat junk and watch films and avoid all other responsibilities for like 37 years or so

I hope I live long enough to see the children of Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria wake up to the sound of birds not bombs

Do you want to avoid people? Drink water. Not only will you be hydrated, you don’t have to talk to people while drinking water, then later you’ll have to pee, which means you get to avoid people even more

things that still freak me out: those sinks americans have in their kitchens that you can destroy stuff with

support the arts. go see a friend’s theatre production, buy a piece of artwork you love if you can afford it, tip a street musician who made you stop walking to admire their skills. the arts are so beautiful and under appreciated. please commemorate people for the hard work they show through artwork. as an artist, it’s so easy to become discouraged, so if you have an opportunity to support an artist, do your best to take it.

next time someone tells you Muslim countries oppress women, let them know Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Turkey, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, and Senegal have all had female Presidents or Prime Ministers and 1/3rd of Egypt’s parliament is female but the US has yet to even have a female vice president and can’t say “vagina” when discussing female reproductive rights
