I love the first one in comparison to the last one. I love it because in the first one this feeling looks so foreign to him. I don’t know if he’s ever embraced somebody lovingly or out of love before. By the last scene; it shows how much Will Graham as fucking changed Hannibal Lecter and how he’s embraced his feelings and wanting someone because he loves them not just for his own gain or mind games. He’s just utterly completely in. love. with. Will. Graham.

I love how Hannibal seems to almost stop breathing when Will enters his embrace. It’s as if Will’s willingness to touch him literally takes his breath away.

HE DOES STOP BREATHING WHEN WILL PUTS HIS HEAD ON HIS SHOULDER. MY HEART. WILL GRAHAM LITERALLY TAKING HANNIBAL’S BREATH AWAY IS CANON.

WILL IS THE ONLY THAT COULD EVER DO SUCH A FUCKING THING.

No. Never stop Will Graham. He is about the only thing that can bring Hannibal down a peg, or 10. And I love it, Hannibal makes some overblown, flowery speech loaded with enough rhetoric to choke a politician during an election year…and there is Will with his deadpan look and razor tongue to deflate Hannibal. This is my lifeblood
