6 Red Apples chopped in 3/4" cubes

1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Walnuts

3/4 cup Black Raisins

3/4 cup Celery in a 1/4" dice

3 Bananas (See Recipe Instructions for how to prepare)

WALDORF SALAD DRESSING

1 cup Mayonnaise

6 tablespoons Lemon Juice

3 tablespoons Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the dressing; set aside. Add the walnuts, black raisins, and celery to a large salad bowl. Add the apples and the dressing. Stir to combine; refrigerate until serving time.

When ready to serve, chop the bananas, and toss immediately with individual servings if the salad.

Ah, yes, special occasion mainstay, Almond Roca, um, "butttercrunch".

Anyone else notice that Almond Roca now contains palm oil and palm kernel oil?
