MAGIC || MAGIA   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last night I was gifted a historic memory with thousands of people @griffithobservatory_uo. #mars #saturn + #jupiter were on glorious display along with my beautiful love LA. The star nerd in me went crazy. My soul was filled with wonder as I looked at these planets through magnificent telescopes, bringing these beauties to life. To top it all off, the one + only #buzzaldrin showed up to say a few words about the planet of honour that night. You can't see sights like these + not believe there's something greater than we know out there. Even just the magnificence of such a view, breath taking doesn't even begin to describe. Harder to make out the details of the she's ahead when we can barely see the bigger picture in front of us. These are the times when it's easy to want to look outside for the clues. For someone else for the answers, yet this is the most important time to learn how to go in, align with your centre, nature, your heart + listen. This full moon + lunar eclipse is an opportunity to go deep, see the roots of the past coming up that no longer serve you + pull them up to let them go. One breath at a time. CHOICES || OPCIONES   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I used to live by expectations. Going into all situations with a hope of what I wanted without realising I was telling the Universe - I need 'x' for me to feel ok/happy. So limiting right? Now I set intentions. Can be as simple as I'd love to experience joy, laughter & have good conversation. An intention is a wish but it isn't a need that is dependent on an outcome. Intentions also leave space for the Universe to surprise & delight. When I leave space for the Universe to act on my behalf, for whatever is best for me, so many more possibilities open up. It's like looking through your camera with limited focus & shifting it to panorama. Who wouldn't want more to view & enjoy? Inviting you to consider putting expectations aside for a day & see what happens.   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀   ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Solía vivir según las expectativas. Entrar en todas las situaciones con la esperanza de lo que quería, sin darme cuenta de que estaba diciéndole al Universo: necesito 'x' para que me sienta bien / feliz. Super limitada no? Ahora establezco intenciones. Puede ser tan simple como me gustaría experimentar alegría, risa y tener una buena conversación. Una intención es un deseo pero no es una necesidad que depende de un resultado. Las intenciones también dejan espacio para que el Universo sorprenda y deleite. Cuando dejo espacio para que el Universo actúe en mi nombre, para lo que sea mejor para mí, se abren muchas más posibilidades. Es como mirar a través de la cámara con un enfoque limitado y cambiarla a panorama. A quién no le gustaría ver y disfrutar más? The short term discomfort is more than worth the long term gain. I could never have imagined the blessings I've received in the midst of such fog of life. And so I continue to be humbled by the grace offered to me when I have the courage to take a new leap of faith in an unknown direction.
