There is something about people who have blogs dedicated to "fighting" every single bigotry in existence that leads to them making the worst takes possible. When you tend to spend a lot of time in activist circles online, you tend to get exposed to a lot of extremism that just becomes more and more prevalent because no one wants to be the "liberal" in the room, so everyone is just taking increasingly extreme stances that eventually turn into absurd parodies of themselves and the strange echo chamber you're in makes you think that those are beliefs that people genuinely hold even if they make no real sense when you scrutinize them even a little bit.
The internet rewards extremism with views and follows and attention, so it pays (often literally on other platforms) to constantly be upping the ante and saying increasingly extremist things, so that you stand out from the rest. It is very important to get off social media for a while and recalibrate by talking to actual real people in the world outside of your anarchist and communist circles. Join a club. Go to the library. Remind yourself that people irl are often very, very different from the extremist stances people online hold.
