Coming back to Kanto! Charmander is the first fire pokemon in the pokedex, and in honor of that fire, we have white and blue to represent even hotter, stronger flames! There’s red in the eyes to show determination and strength in his flame, and the green matches blue, also giving him a more Salamander feel, for the animal he is based on!
