Hi.

Another hospital band to add to the growing collection.

I am home after a very productive stay at an inpatient treatment center in Clearwater. While there, I met some fantastic people, learned new skills, and even drew a ton of pictures--using crayons, of all things. I still have a loooonnnnngggg way to go before I can say I'm "better", but so far it's been a positive start. In other news, I turned 26 today. Not an exciting age, so it's just another day in the life. :)

It's getting so dull, to be honest. But I don't have much of a choice. In a couple of hours, I'm checking into the psych hospital for more intensive treatment. Maybe they can address some of the physical problems I've been having, too: being unable to stand for any significant length of time without passing out; insomnia; no appetite; racing heart. The anxiety is just crushing. It never gets easier.
