We Shift Every Night Without Effort
I already talked about the fact that dreams are realities by themselves, but I’m going to be more specific on this topic.
Right now, you are watching a reality unfold through your body’s eyes. If you close your eyes, you can’t see the reality. Your subconscious mind still connects to the reality you were just in because it’s trying to be logical, so to be logical, you don’t go into nowhere when you close your eyes : you still hear, touch, taste and smell your previous reality. So you would think a reality is based on the 5 senses, right ? Well that’s just a misconception your logical mind created, because you were taught that since birth.
But what you were taught is illogical. To prove that, let’s look at dreams : in a dream, you have your senses. Sometimes just 1, 2 or the 5 ones. You even have a « 6th sense », the sense to know what will happen in the future of your dream because you’re the one creating it, or the « 7th sense » which is the one who’s making you dream about what will happen in the future of your PHYSICAL REALITY, once you open your eyes. So…why is the physical reality a reality, and not dreams ? When it’s the same thing ?
If you did researches on astral projection, you will know that there are physical realms (realms = realities), non-physical realms and semi-physical realms. The physical reality that you are experiencing right now, using a body and watching through it’s eyes is a physical one. When people astral project, they go into non-physical ones : when you astral project, you detach from your body to « travel around as an awareness », sometimes just wandering around your room or you can go anywhere. In « anywhere » I mean the non-physical realities. People in different cultures talked about those realities. Examples of realities talked about (based on personal researches) :
• In Ancient Egypt, the Egyptians portrayed the soul/awareness as a human-headed bird called the Ba. The Ba, after death or during the living, could travel to the Duat. The Duat is a non-physical realm. Multiple texts talk about the Duat and out-of-body experiences, such as the Kolbrin, where it states that the God Osiris, also called "Lord of the Duat", was able to astral project and even taught how to do it, also the Egyptian text « The Book of what is in the Duat », or the Pyramid Texts.
• In Hermetic Texts, especially The Corpus Hermeticum, Hermes Trismegistus (first known as the God Thoth, who became amalgamated with the Greek God Hermes) has an out-of-body experience in which he converses with « the intelligence of Re », who is the Sun God and supreme creator of Ancient Egypt, while he is in an astral realm (non-physical). He also describes astral projection as it is to step out of oneself in a nonphysical body « like those who dream in sleep and yet are awake ».
• In Hinduism, Hindu Texts list a number of nonphysical bodies we each have, such as a subtle body (= astral body). They describe the astral realm, which they call the realm of Akasha or Ether, as a place people visit when they sleep, enter at death, but can also be visited while in the subtle body. In the text « the Mahabharata », the great full God Krishna and his disciple, Prince Arjuma, meet each other out of body to travel together to visit the God Shiva, at his sacred other-dimensional residence.
• There’s also texts about astral projection and non-physical realms in the Norse Religion, Celtic Texts, Ancient Malta, Zoroastrianism, Taoism, Ancient Greece, Maya of Mexico, Gnosticism, Christianity, Tibetan Buddhism and Shamanism.
As said by Hermes Trismegistus, astral-projection is similar to dreaming, because in both those states, you detach from the physical realm to experience life with your awareness’ eyes. By those words, you can understand that Dreams are also Realities. The difference is that dreams are semi-physical, as you may have your 5 senses, but the experience will end without your will, as dreams are temporary. Temporary doesn’t mean not real tho. Your physical life right now also will end with your death, right ?
To remind you, shifting is becoming aware of another reality. When you astral project and go to a nonphysical realm, you shift. When you dream, you shift. You were taught in a certain way that makes you behave like people wants you to behave, but you need to remember you are an AWARENESS. The physical reality you experience is a reflection of your assumptions, of what you were taught. That’s exactly how people see Jesus, and the others don’t. You experience what you believe.
So in fact yes, you do shift very easily and without focusing on it, dreams are your proof. If you are able to see dreams without physical eyes, that means that the physical world is useless, and that you are way more than just a body, you are the awareness behind those eyes. Stop saying shifting is hard when you are shifting every night and experiencing a temporary whole new reality. Becoming aware of another reality is as easy as falling asleep and experiencing dreams, you just need to remember it’s easy, remember your physical world is useless, remember that life is a mirror, and that your physical world is reflecting your inner world, because you are an awareness, not bound to any body or any reality.
