“The Thank You Method” that my mom taught me btw..

Okay besties, listen up because this one’s actually so easy it feels illegal to gatekeep.

It’s called the Thank You Method. And literally all you have to do is start saying thank you to the universe like your desires already showed up. That’s it.

Like you don’t beg. You don’t obsess. You don’t stress about how or when. You just start acting like you already have it and thank the universe like it already delivered.

Example:

Thank you universe for giving me the relationship I wanted.

Thank you universe for making him my boyfriend.

Thank you for my dream college acceptance.

Thank you for making my skin glow up.

Thank you for that luxury trip I’ve been wanting.

You can literally thank the universe for anything you want to manifest....big or small (atleast that's what you call not me duhh)

You stop acting like someone who’s waiting and start embodying someone who already has it. You stay in the state of the wish fulfilled, which is literally the whole point of manifestation.

And it works. Fast.

My mom actually introduced me to this when I was going through a super low phase, and the moment I started doing it...things moved.

Because you’re not chasing anymore. You’re receiving.

And the best part?

Once you say thank you you let it go.

You just keep thanking, keep assuming it’s done, and let the universe move the chess pieces.

It’s literally like placing an order at a restaurant and then chilling while your food’s being made. You’re not running into the kitchen to check. You just trust it’s coming.

Also, if anyone’s seen this method floating around Tumblr or LOAblr under a different name or post pls lmk! I swear I haven’t seen it yet and my mom put me on to this years ago. Would love to check it out if it already exists somewhere.

they keep a polaroid photo of you in their belongings, wallet, clear phone case, bag, etc.

when you feel unsafe, their touch can always give you comfort.

they don’t tolerate any bullshit towards you from anyone, if someone calls you out your name, disrespects you in any way possible, they’ll instantly put that person in their place.

they always make time for you, even on busy days or weeks.

you have cute nicknames for each other that nobody else can use.

your emotions are always valid to them and they never try to dismiss them.

when someone brings up your name they instantly get flustered, blushing, smiling, giggling, etc.

if you ever feel uncomfortable in a environment they’ll instantly get you out of it.

they always carry around items that they know you use on a daily basis, hair ties, chapstick, hand cream, etc.

a argument or a disagreement never ends with anyone feeling unheard or unloved.
