I'm Shieldy! This is mainly a TTTE art blog where I archive my pencil sketches of silly sentient trains

I do also have a love for "The Lord of the Rings"/"The Hobbit", books in general, writing, and literary analysis

As you can see in my blog description, I am a Christian. I understand completely if you have different beliefs, and I am by no means going to forcefully convert anyone. However, I just thought I would elaborate here that I am never, EVER, going to try and force a conversion to the Christian faith from anyone. I am not one of those Christians who try and force religion down people's throats, nor do I ever want to. Jesus asks us to be beacons of light to people, and that is simply what I will strive to be. If you have questions regarding Christianity or Jesus himself, please ask! I'd be more than happy to clarify things for those curious.

I don't do commissions, as I am a writer first and an artist second, so just remember this blog is just to archive what I do draw of these lovely little engines. This may be open to change, but for now this is what it will be.

I have a lot going on in my personal life, so posts will either be very routine or very far apart. This goes for all my accounts. So, I promise I'm alive, it's just that real-life endeavors require my attention more!

A lil' comic for an AU of mine!

Bonnie is an OC who works on the Northwestern Railway. She has a habit of not going to bed when she's supposed to, but long story short the girl "went missing" one day and the engines were looking all over for her. Only to find she fell asleep on Edward's footplate (I think that's what it's called lol)

Let's just say Eddie has adopted another child hehe

Some silly engine doodles for you! These are back when I was first learning to draw them so some of them are a little spooky but it's alright lol. I may post a little comic later for those interested 🫣

Edit: I try to assign each engine a "vibe song" which is just a song that highly reminds me of them. Edward is "Super Trouper" by ABBA, James is "Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy" by Queen, Thomas has "Summer of 69" by Bryan Adams, and finally Toby is "It's Been A Long, Long Time"
