FORESIGHT.

       he’s  witnessed  many  a  traumatizing  sight  in  his  life  –  he’d  been  spared  no  expense  when  he  was  young  and  inexperienced  and  only  just  settling  into  his  quirk,  absently  ( unwittingly )  touching  a  stranger,  only  to  witness  a  silver  screen  knockoff  of  whatever  gruesome  death  awaited  them.  he’s  seen  bodies  pulverized,  torn  apart,  even  slowly  melted  into  a  paste  as  the  victim’s  screams  rose  to  a  crescendo  to  serve  as  the  film’s  backing  soundtrack.  but  despite  these  visions,  he  finds  the  hair  on  the  back  of  his  neck  standing  at  immediate  attention,  a  thin  bead  of  sweat  forming  and  gradually  slipping  down  the  narrow  edge  of  his  jaw,  as  an  oppressive  sense  of  anxiety  swells  in  his  chest.  

       ‘  nut…  up?  ’   he  repeats,  normally  impassive  gaze  replaced  with  one  of  wariness.   ‘ mmn–  do  i  dare  ask  what  that  means? ’
