Skin Bleaching products are distributed not only in Jamaica but all over the world and it’s a huge problem. We still see these products in American stores,too and there are black people, who use them on a daily basis. Especially dark skinned people think their skin is uglyand that being dark skinned is dangerous and they need to bleach themselves in order to fit into the society’s perceptions of “beauty”. This is wrong. Our skin color is our gift and it’s beautiful, companies which produce these products should never profit from the fears of black people.
