At the same time life flows and a lot changed

That´s how the dao is, but often we lose our focus on it

Yesterday I was in Bamberg for a Sifu Seminar. When I was on my journey I could experience the season "autumn", because it was cold and foggy.

Normally somebody would say "it´s a grey cold day" but if you try to feel the season, the breathing and energy of earth, it´s much mor than a greay day.

To sit there and be a part of that energy and breath was wonderful (also the seminar was).

The more I get into the spirit of dao, the more I enjoy it :)

Because of the principles of Shaolin Weng Chun it's easy to adapt it to your training, like many other weapons.

Letztens habe ich den Film "Raya und der letzte Drachen gesehen und ich muss sagen, er war es wirklich wert.

Man erhält einen großen kulturellen Eindruck, ebenso von Kali, Muay Thai und von der südöstlichen Spiritualität.

Man kann sogar den Daoismus erkennen, wenn man sich damit beschäftigt hat 😊

Besonders interessant ist der Gedanke oder die Idee der Drachen, die eine besondere Rolle in der asiatischen Kultur einnehmen. Mit ihnen kann man Teile der Welt erklären, ohne die westliche Logik oder Wissenschaft.

Es ist eine andere Art des Verständnisses über die Welt, jedoch funktioniert auch diese Art des Denkens.

Ein wirklich toller Film und ich werde ihn sicher nochmal schauen 😊

The last days I saw the movie "Raya and the last dragon" and I can say it was it worth.

A lot of cultural impressions, Kali, Muay Thai and spirituality are in this movie.

You can also find daoism, if you into it 😉

It's fascinating if you think about the dragons, which have a special place in all the asia cultures, that you can explain something of the world without the western logic and science. It's a different understanding of the world but it also works.
