facing a tricky sitch of really wanting to go back to therapy and perhaps thinking it would be helpful to have that support while im back at home. and struggling. but then it could also perhaps not be a good idea to start detangling all of my trauma and coping mechanisms while in an actively triggering environment like. all the time. so maybe I need more of like a life coach? than a for real therapist? I don't know. I gotta reach out to that woman I met at the zoo

#either way I also cant spend a bunch of money without getting stressed cause thats just setting me back from moving away #and honestly I would like to see my parents with some extra help before im gone. because theyre both pretty bent out of shape on #Top of it all. and im scared that one of them will fall or not react quickly enough to something and get seriously hurt #and my dad refuses to spend money as it is to get things fixed around this house. we're only a few steps away from it being like #significantly dysfunctional. and the weather isn't helping. and my mom doesn't have the money to pay for it all #and im sure they could get a lot with insurance or whatever given their various health conditions but goddddddd what a headache #still. someones gotta do it I guess. fawk #but I cant halt my life forever. conveniently rn I don't have a car or even my license yet. and I still don't feel comfortable with how muc #ive saved over a year to move out. at least not without something full time ahead.. so then there's that whole land of bullshit again #OH but guess what. my one annoying coworker is leaving! godspeed! I do not hate her entirely as a person but oh my god #now I think theyre still just going to fuck us over in terms of staffing and everything like theyre just not going to hire another person #even if they make me or my other coworker full time. I don't believe for a second they'll bump us both up #and opt out of part timers completely. regardless theyre going to try to send us away half the time to other branches #but at least we don't have to deal with her anymore. at least there's that. we may get some moments of peace #abby talks
