#just seems like we're doing really well considering the circumstances. being that we've lost a person #no matter how dead that weight may have been and we're trying to shift roles and its essentially been a two week turnaround of me being #full time and they wanted us at training last week and then that was all bullshit and its been so busy the last several days w the beginnin #of the month I just cant. like get the fuck up off my dick yknow #and we have no complaints. we're extremely efficient and underpaid #we have a branch that genuinely genuinely has One employee. they are relying on seasonal help (that is ending soon) and help from other #branches to staff them. maybe go focus on your struggle with staffing and retention bitch.#she walks out after a Harrowing rush where it was just me and the other full timer and its Friday its full lobby drive thru #busy and buzzing in phone ringing non stop its an hour before close its 30 mins till close its five minutes to close its past closing #and we haven't even balanced the vault. we're catching our breaths and getting ready to count down our money. this woman walks out and #goes 'what does c stand for!' about some bullshit acronym they want us to learn about customer CARE. Kill yourself violently first of all #secondly like. im going to kill you. neither she nor the manager felt like answering the phones so we just kept putting on hold until peole #gave up. like im so serious get out of my face #and then yesterday its the third of the month everyones got their social security its a bats out of hell kind of day just so busy #and like its banking its fine its not hard labor its just draining sometimes to be the customer facing ones. like despite a raise I still #don't make enough for this. and then my manager has the nerve to cop an attitude huff and puff about some lost keys #while we're dealing with all of this and genuinely no body needs those keys no one. its not a dire thing. and the excuse is oh hes just #irritated its been a busy day. BITCH?#genuinely what do you do back there but sit on your phone. if you don't have an appointment or we do not Force someone back there #to talk with you. so we're not terribly congested. and again like why in fuck was that other moron there #just wasting everybody's time #and they keep saying like oh if the boss's boss is with her make sure you greet her and act super nice someone got fired bc they didn't gre #t her well. first of all we're so fucking friendly and personable ok second of all go ahead and fire me bitch. see how long you last #abby talks
