My year round up

Got hit with 3 new diagnosis for health issues 2 I was blissfully unaware of. I have arthritis in my ac joint (which means no more bodypump classes sadly) got hit with Freiberg's disease which I am seeing a specialist for at the start of January.

Got hit with chronic fatigue syndrome which means I can't go as hard as I want to but I can adapt.

The one thing I can take from this year is that it's been one of self discoveries and for that I am entirely grateful for. I am typing this in the gym waiting for the virtual spin class to start and that's a 45 min session why wait till new year when I can start now?

8th October I get diagnosed with Freiberg's disease fine I thought can work with this.

31st October my referral to see rheumatology came through fine I thought even though I knew I would be tired as fuck! Turns out I've been living with chronic fatigue syndrome.
