It's been an incredibly busy and tough week, but we're still rolling on. The head of the Bee School committee emailed the board last night, claiming there was a meeting today (apparently, unannounced), and he wanted budget reports from me based on last year's budgeting, and had I gotten together with the other board members to discuss and compile these things get?? Uh fuck no man this isnt a paid position, we all have lives, and YOU DIDNT SCHEDULE THIS. He later clarified he wanted a phone meeting and just wanted to touch base on progress 🙄
Anyway it altered my work schedule for the week and things keep getting pushed further back and I'm worn out but need money like asap so idk, grind til you die or whatever.
Obv the kiddo has been enjoying our adventures at least, and is learning how to drive! 🫣
