Everyone is ramping up for the 4th of July, I'm just trying not to die of heat stroke lol.

We are going to a friend's party tonight though for some grillin and chillin!

I got a new customer/personal apiary today, huge news for me!! This guy contacted me on Nextdoor, telling me he had bought a property from a man who ran a large animal vet clinic on the property a few months prior, and the vet just left EVERYTHING behind. I really cannot believe how common that is, I can't imagine having to do that. But part of that everything included damn near 50 colonies!!!! He said they haven't been checked at LEAST since he moved in, but I'd wager longer. There's devastation and abandon, but overall there's still a good 30 or so colonies still going strong. And he said I can have them, and use the property however I need to care for them! There's even a nice shed/workspace nearby which would be perfect for equipment storage and honey processing!!
