Why can’t it be like

We can be inclusive without erasing woman issues and sense of self. Like hospital staff can just ask which terms you’d prefer to use. And what someone uses in their own house doesn’t effect others so use ether breast or chest feeding but don’t force it on anyone else.

And on a similar topic and the reason I’m posting this here instead of any other social media because I don’t have my friend I’m going to talk about on here.

Now this friend is a very close friend, we often joke about being the same person with our likes and interests and timing for saying the same joke. But like all close people we had a little fight once and it boggled my mind how it started.

We’re both female but I’m cisgender and she’s transgender, and to be clear there is nothing wrong about her being trans. But it’s the conversation we had.

My period was bad one day while we were working my cramps were so horrendous I was practically doubled over in pain the whole shift and I already walk with a cane for a knee issue. I in exasperation and needing to vent said “god I can’t stand this anymore I want this bloody uterus gone.”

That was apparently the wrong thing to say because she went off on me about how not having a uterus and not being able to have biological kids is a really dysmorphic thing for trans women. Which I wholeheartedly get and understand, but it doesn’t erase the pain I’m in and pretty much in every month, my uterus has never been kind to me. It has put me in so much pain it makes it harder to breathe, I’ve thrown up from the cramps, before I got my IUD my periods were so heavy it was crazy.

So I had 2 married elder sims and thier teenage daughter living together the mom was doing laundry and started the dryer catching her on fire.

Now I know I could have had her extinguished herself but I was playing more realistically and letting the cards fall as they may so the daughter and husband rushed over and I tried to get them to call the fire department but it took them ages to run out and call.

The mother died just as the fire department arrived so the husband and daughter were crying over her body then the firefighters joined in the crying, completely ignoring the fire.

Finally one of the firefighters snapped out of it and went to the dining room to play the guitar sitting there while the fire is still raging the firefighter playing guitar finally stops only to start drawing on they’re digital sketch pad.

The fire finally moved out of the laundry room and into the office area where the mother died and everyone crying over the body starts freaking out over the fire including Grim and they all run out.

Finally the firefighter in the dining room sees the fire reach the back porch and starts to put it out.

Once the fire is out Grim finally properly finishes the reaping and I decide to put her urn on top of the dryer as a reminder to clean the lint trap.

And upon checking my sims buffs to see how long they’ll be sad for I find the husband completely unfazed by his wife’s untimely demise as he has no buffs related to her death even though she and him had full green and pink bars
