Just a small town girl

A kingdom where the terms King and Queen aren’t gendered. The King is the one born into the royal family, the one that inherited the throne while the Queen is the one they married.

Which means a kingdom where there could be a female King and a male Queen and that could just cause so much confusion for the audience and the MC.

Anyway I just wanted to tell everyone how insanely smart Carlos is.

He built a device to see more channels on his tv while they were still on the isle (very limited resources). Said device shot a hole into the barrier allowing some magic inside. (That’s from the first novel.)

Once on the isle he figures out computers and video games in less than a day to a point he can pin point where the wand is. They probably didn’t have computers on the isle.

I liked the movie but I felt like if we had had more time with Maddox and introduced Max in the first movie it could have been more impactful.

Imagine we meet Max, Red's only friend, and Maddox, a man she looks up to potentially as a father figure. We spent some time with a younger Red and Max while Maddox is watching them. We get to see how much those two mean to Red. They are her family. The father she never had and a brother.

Then the story of Rise of Red happens like it does in canon and we go to Wicked Wonderland. Red is still thrown off by having a sister but seeing Max as a VK really throws her off. She confides in Chloe about how Maddox, now a big shot villain, was basically her father and Max was the closest thing she had to a brother. We see Red struggle with having lost a brother and father while gaining a sister and a good mother. Maddox being evil would have hurt us more as well as seeing Max having that breakdown.

Red siding with the VKs would make sense. She is siding with her brother, even if they aren't that anymore. Red talks more to Chloe and instead of Chloe tuning evil, it's Pink. She doesn't understand why her sister changed. Why her sister doesn't talk to her like she used to. Why her sister is siding with Max. Why she talks to Max the way she usually would talk to her. Pink is jealous.

When Max finds out the truth he doesn't realized how close he and Red were. That he isn't the only one who lost the family he could have had. He makes that bracelet and gives it to Pink. Pink is a princess of Wonderland, she should know where the vault is.

Red and Chloe follow them to the maze while the rest go off to try and safe the queens.

Once they're all stuck underground, no idea how they get down there this time, it's just pretend, Red comes clean to Pink. She tells her everything, she apologizes to Pink. Pink is back but Max is still angry. Red continues to tell them about her original world and how she lost a brother and father doing this. She lost her family to save everything. Red gets to cry about what she lost.

At the end Maddox is still captured and thrown into the dungeon for a bit but Red and Max try to get through to him and maybe it works with a little aggressive kindness from Pink.

I watched the movie and then thought to myself that Red unfortunately only gets one good parent per timeline and only one sibling.

This is how Max was looking at Luis by the end of the movie. That's a "okay, I need this himbo for myself" look if I've ever seen one!

No wonder Alexandro said Luis and Max would be very shippable :3

WHY THE FUCK WOULD IT BE GASTON!?

first of all, of Bridget's nice in this timeline, why would she date a villain?

Second, how does that work for the first timeline, because before Red changed it, Gaston was on the isle, and Bridget was in Wonderland, HOW WOULD THEY EVEN HAVE A KID

third, Why Gaston, why would she pick one of the most misogynistic villain out there! HOW in world where she's a nice person and surrounded by heroes would she end up dating GASTON

It makes no sense for her to have been dating Gaston in ANY timeline, so I don't know what the writers were on, but they didn’t think too much before writing this shit!

(why, do Red even need a father, why can't we say Bridget raised her Pink alone, this is Wonderland, maybe there could be no father involved !)

And once again, if they really needed to have a father, WHY NOT TAKE THE FUCKING KING OF HEARTS, THE CANONICAL HUSBAND OF THE QUEEN OF HEARTS!

You just need a random, give him a random name and says he's Bridget's husband and voilà, you found Red's father !

I really hope the Gaston line was to throw us off the loop and we're going to learn that idk Maddox or someone from Wonderland is the father

Lowkey could become interesting if Maddox was the father because, would Max be Bridget's son? Did Bridget love Maddow before sending him to the isle? This could bring interesting questions to the lore

Besides, let's be real, how important a character King of Hearts was, he was literally a henpecked husband of the Queen.

after watching wicked wonderland i knew i had to draw red and chloe but as their rewritten counterpart so i did their design ❤️🩵

for red i wanted a jester appereance because thats how she would feel: a jester in her own home (also her braids?? the heart shaped braid? i loved that detail i added)

i wanted to make her look like the perfect princess of hearts, but with a little edge to better show her own identity

as for chloe she basically wears the same outfit as chad, but more suitable for her, i wanted to make her looking like shes ready to fight if necessary, but still managing to look elegant (the red in her outfit not only is because of red herself but because prince charming has red is his outfit and chloe is her fathers daughter)

red is holding the pocketwatch (i mean she had to) and thats the white rabbits watch but modified by maddox to time travel and chloe is holding a glass sword she is gifted by her mother (im not putting her in glass shoes like ror did)

i wonder if i should talk about more rise of red rewrite (im not even finished with d1) 🤔

but i started writing d1 actual story (like theres only the prologue so far) and im wondering if i should post here or maybe wattpad or maybe ao3 (i accept opinions)

DESCENDANTS REWRITE 💜

i love descendants, was super excited when it first came out and loved ever since (fun fact: i first thought it was going to be a series) and now i wanted to recreate the characters and the story

i wanted to make my own version of the story, now set in a fantasy world where the disney stories take place and 'medieval' and 'modern' kingdoms and cities coexist just normal (its like dont think too much so it wont lose sense), but now the isle of the lost is in another dimension, where only exists that land and infinite sea and very litttle magic (i can talk about the origin story of the isle later, because is very interesting)

i started with the main 4 vks and wanted to create something original, closer to their animated parents, but still their own charecters, their appearance and personalities are quite different, but i think they're just as great and fun (and i added a feel fun facts about them 😄)
