He kept running as quick as possible, although knowing there was no point â the vampire could outrun him any day. But Sehun seemed to be running at a normal speed, and that made Luhan even happier. So for now, he looks to the from to make sure he wouldnât trip over something. That would be both painful and embarrassing. He squeals with each obstacle he avoids. Heâs giggling so much that, mixed with running, he quickly runs out of breath. But heâs persistent - he continues running no matter how hard itâs getting because heâs not giving up and letting Sehun win. Never. Sehun will never win against him in anything. Well besides getting Luhan to fall for himâ
Another joyful squeak leaves his lips, when arms wrap around him and heâs suddenly pressed against the much olderâs chest. He tilts his head and grins at Sehun, snuggling back into him. Luhan really likes this feeling - to like someone. It makes his body tingle all over, his brain turns into mush, and heâs not able to function properly. The only actions he can do then is stare at Sehun, smile at Sehun, touch Sehun, hug Sehun. Sehun. Sehun. Sehun.
But maybe he canât function because his head is dizzy, so he holds onto Sehunâs arms tightly and rests his head against Sehunâs chest until his head finally stops spinning as his breathing gets even. Luhan snickers at how quick Sehun is to grab his wrist. As if he would ever run from Sehun⌠But maybe he would, itâs fun being chased by someone who loves you.Â
At the vampireâs question, he quickly shakes his head with a pout. He really loves the rain and no matter how long he stays out in the cold, he rarely ever gets sick. He isnât going to complain about Sehun caring about his health , though (not that he actually can). Luhan leans into the otherâs touch immediately, closing his eyes for a moment as he enjoys Sehunâs skin against his own. He nods quickly, mentally drooling at the thought that heâs about to get food. The boy blinks his eyes open, furrowing his eyebrows slightly, and tilts his head, trying to recall their chat at the bubble tea shop. Oh, right. He didnât get to ask about Luhan at all.Â
It only seems fair to let the other know about him, plus he enjoys attention and questions, so he nods once, grabbing his hand immediately. He looks around, quickly recognizing the neighborhood theyâre in, and turns around, heading the opposite direction towards one of his favorite restaurants. He wants to get to the restaurant soon. Maybe itâs because he wants to eat soup, maybe itâs because he wants Sehun to ask a lot about him⌠Or maybe itâs because heâs just eager to find out what the surprise is.
With a chuckle, Sehun allows the laughing blond pull him along. Ahh. . . heâs so adorable. Though he didnât admit it, he felt a little bad acting so fast on his merely budding feelings. Maybe it was the blood? It wasnât a far fetched idea. Sehun knew all those centuries ago that when he met Mizuhara, her only reasons for falling for the vampire was because of his blood. Sehun knew he didnât want the same thing to repeat itself, but why? Why did he give in to his feelings so easily? Was it because of his loneliness? Ever since his makerâs demise, its always been him on his own. Never did he think to stop to make ties or acquaintances; there was simply no room for it. But after so long, he knew he couldnât keep on without having at least someone to talk to. That was his main reason for moving to Seoul. He knew heâd be accepted easily, and friendships would come with ease. He knew loneliness wasnât the answer, for he was already meeting new friends. Maybe, just maybe, Sehun just. . . knew. He just felt that Lu would be the one thatâd understand him, mostly because he felt no one would understand Luhan himself. Sehun completely understood the reasons for the boyâs silence, even though he never went into detail. Sehun could empathize; he too has had those times where speaking just wasnât worth it. And it wasnât like Sehun to fall so fast and so easily for someone. Ever since Mizuhara, there was no one else. With the lack of better words, no one else seemed worthy of it. People took it for granted. People didnât understand what it meant to be someoneâs other half. But there was something in Luhanâs eyes that kept Sehun grounded. After all, he had been watching the man for quite some time now. It was just mere chance that got him to finally speak to him after so long. He wasnât going to mess this up. He wasnât going to let this end as fast as it started. Sehun was going to cherish Luhan as slowly and fully as possible. And today was day one.
As Luhan pulled him along, Sehun already started coming up with a few questions in his head to ask the man. They were coming so quickly, and there was a lot actually. So much, he actually started to sort them in his head; more personal questions that might invoke a strong reaction were pushed to the back of his head while the more informative and light hearted questions sat in front. He wanted to know everything about the man, but he made a mental note not to bum rush him with all the questions at once. He wanted to draw this out as long as he could. Six. . . thatâs all Iâm going to ask. Six questions. He had a reason why he was going to ask so little when he wanted to know so much. Sehun wasnât in a rush, though he had already asked Luhan to be his.
âAhh Lu, is this it?â He asks, once the boy stops in front of an dinning establishment. He peers into the window, seeing only a few people seated as they chat away with their meals. Sehunâs guess was that the rain drove people to their homes rather than staying out. He laughed a little at the thought, seeing how him and Luhan were having so much fun getting soaked. In fact, Luâs scent in the rain was just so much more. . . enticing. And not in the hunger/hunter kind of way. The rain made him smell sweeter, as if he were being kissed by the purest of springs and the scent was emitting of the man as if the scent were his own. Sehun loved the way the little things about Luhan made him feel. He actually felt alive for once, after two-hundred something years.
Holding the door open for his companion, he motions for him to enter, bowing slightly at the hip as he smiled. âAfter you.â After following along after him and catching a few shocked stares from the customers that were already seated and much dry, Sehun chuckles softly. âI think we stick out.â He whispers in Luâs ear as they scope out the restaurant. âIâve never been here before. . . lets pick a seat and start our little Q&A, shall we?â
