She blushed with a bright smile on her face. Feeling the warmth spread through her chest at Usagi’s kind words. She was always so grateful and kind to everyone, and Mako did her best to emulate her dear friend.
“Ah! No problem Usagi! I’m happy you like it!” At the mention of her reputation she faltered slightly. While it had been a while since she had initially transferred, she knew it was just an assumption that most people gave her at first glance. She looked down at the grass, picking a daisy that grew next to the blanket.
“Hey, do you think a lot of people would find me scary? I mean, people who I may want to talk to.”
Usagi also seemed to falter slightly at her friend's reaction; she never knew the right words to say && perhaps bringing up Makoto's reputation was a bad idea, considering how rotten it was or so she had heard !! Usagi never once had a problem with the girl though && considered her to be one of her closest friends. Sure, she could be violent like the rumors, but Usagi had never seen Makoto attack anyone who wasn't already hurting her or another person first !! She wasn't a nasty bully !! Usagi wouldn’t be hanging out with her if she was.

They think you're a delinquent, but !! If you show them that you're actually a really sweet person, I think you'll be okay !! You have me, Rei, Mina, && Ami to vouch for you. ❞ Usagi took a smaller bite of the meal that her friend prepared && hoped she found some sort of comfort in those words, even if they were sort of rambly && Usagi was certain she made things worse by explaining everything to her just like she always seemed to.
