If you are looking for an emergency exit from Ukraine, Poland will open EIGHT safety points on the border with Ukraine (you will get warm food, medical help and from there you will be guided to safety) in two of our voivodeships: lubuskie and podkarpackie. It is confirmed by the Polish Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Paweł Szefernaker.

The only benefit to my job and why I accept the pay is bc I don't have to work as hard as I would at other hotels, both lower and higher pay hotels. But if we can't hire people the pay needs to go up cuz ya girl wants more money if I have to work harder lol

If a person travels with a pet, remember the hotel staff doesn't know you or the dog. I'm not taking a strangers word that their dog, in a strange place, won't pee, poop, or damage my room.

Frankly, 20 per pet per night isn't bad and yes, we would discount if you're staying longer but you aren't so no.

like, i bought a cutesy bluetooth keyboard and mouse to use with my big laptop, not because the built in keyboard doesnt work, but because its miserable for me to write on. i can’t use it well and i’ve been struggling for years, and yet i didn’t do anything about it because all the laptops released that year had the same style keyboards, it can’t be replaced, and it’s not like i can have two keyboards right?

well jokes on me because not only is the keyboard cute as fuck it is ten times more user friendly to me and my ADD existence than any of my laptop keys. is it weird having two keyboards in front of me? a little. does it make the use of my laptop easier? yes. does my mother in law keep giving me flack about how “odd” and “impractical” the set up seems? sure.

but i made the decision to adjust my work enviornment to suit my needs, rather than the impression it leaves on others, and it is already making a world of difference.

part of me is thinking about all those times i struggled or was deemed a failure, because i couldn’t work in a way that suited my needs and allowed me to showcase my skills. that part of me is greiving a little.

So years ago I was reading what I thought was gonna be some dumb organizational blog post about being the ideal person and a perfect organizer. Or something. I read it because I wanted to be that keys on the hook always organized person. Anyways.

The best advice I have ever gotten in my life was here. The gist of it was organize your life the way you need to, not the way you think society says the ideal way to organize is. But I think it works for like keeping clean or working or even fun stuff.

Anyways, I used it to excuse buying a new set of dishes and gold utensils instead of the twenty haphazard sets I'd had because it motivates me to clean my dishes and make nice food. I put a toilet brush in the shower to scrub it down when it gets ick. I got a scrub daddy because the eye holes make it easy to use in my sad hands. I put a cute fabric cube where I always drop my clothes even though my hampers were four feet away. I put a table behind my couch to catch my purse and jacket and keys because hooks are for fish. Have people said that these are weird? Yes? Can they go bitch at my clean shower and shiny dishes? No, gtfo lol

The least my job can do is call me off and have the others do 30 more minutes of work and make their own beds. Like I've had a stress headache off and on for 2 weeks, I haven't gotten a raise in a year even tho I was told I'd get one soon, I'm never going to get to do the work I want at my job, and I'm sorry but I don't need to come in for less than 2 hrs of work for people who have 0 respect for the effort I put in and the time it saves especially when it's cuz they can't communicate
