This universe heros exist at least 300 years right? Making Hal old school is a fun fucking choice.

He have been doing so since even before S3 started it.

But you know. I prefer Ryan over 99% of other creators that tried to get involved in this universe.

i think is perfect . Because Ryan like mushroom acts like they are there when things happened do they have their takes as true.

plus the writers swapped places of ormund and gwayne by making him a better guiding figure in daerons life. ormund was meant as one season character so gwayne was needed for s4 with daeron and both may die next season. but if book lyonel and garmund are not cast and gwayne survives thats because they were merged with hotd gwayne (and who knows maybe daeron will get show! laenor like death.).

I think there is no point of add any new underdeveloped Hightower at final fucking season. When you have Gwayne that easily could fill the role.

We have to wait. I think Daeron is getting garmund hightower role because he is already Ormund son in some ways more than he is ever will be Alicent. They even hint at possible marriage between him and Rhaena.

So for me is settled to that. But who knows?

I love Ormund I think, he is one of the best characters of the show. But I don't think Ryan had the money to keep James Norton. Specially of how he just eats everyone when they are next to him. He is that good. And you may not want him around when you are trying to prop up other character. Whatever who knows? I may still write some Priest Ormund x Rhaenyra stuff in the future. Let's see how inspired I will be.

But we need characters like Gwayne and Daeron and Baela and Addam and Alyn because normies need someone to rott for.
