As much as we like to pretend otherwise, you can't always infer a creator's full politics from any random example of their work. Like, if the only thing you knew about Doug TenNapel is that he created Earthworm Jim, it's no surprise he's a tremendous misogynist, but you probably wouldn't have called the Christian nationalism.
