By now, we all know Roswell and Rachel are big softies under their plastic countenances. But, they’re the scourges of UFOlogy for a reason. Once you’re at odds with the Higher Ups, it’s only a matter of time before field agents (like Ros here) appear. With those memory-stealing eyes, they’ll leave you a clean slate—which is unnerving, but where it stops if you’re not particularly interesting.

Ref sheet for my girl Tarra: she’s still in development, but I like where we’re at so far.

A pet store owner specializing in misunderstood creatures, Tarra exudes a rugged, laid-back charm and tries her best to be everyone's rock. But, nobody's ever wondered why.

In truth, the coolest person in Picnic is the daughter of a Thanax philanthropist--who escaped his own empire with her brother Draco and the egg she'd eventually emerge from. Upon crashing to Earth, he was fatally shot by humans after signaling them for help: but Draco avenged him by training Tarra to survive as a cryptid--and kill every single one they came across.

However, she abandoned this goal during her first human encounter. Spotting a lost hiker and two children, she couldn't bear to repeat the cycle: so she chased them back to town and fled her only family--though she'd have to hide in the one place he wouldn't look.

Having 'borrowed' a (mostly) working hologram from an MIB-approved guest, one would think her problems were over. But, the Thanax's old colonizers (some sparkly, pompous folk from the Pleiades) had returned to town and spread rumors about 'evil reptilians'--plus, the local suits were tipped off by her antics.
