With Manhattan Cafe being able to see the supernatural, she can probably see Shiraoki.

However, as Fuku cannot see Shiraoki directly and only through omens and the little things she does, Fuku thinks she just got a benevolent minor goddess watching over her.

Cafe, however, can see the full scope of Shiraoki, a vast and incomprehensible divine deity of chance and probability, whose gaze is for some reason cast downward at this little quirky horse girl.
