Thinking about Cybertronian culture is so much fun because we can build so much more nuance between the factions. Because when it comes down to it, the Autobots and Decepticons would be a reflection of the city-states and castes that supported them. Plus, the shifts that occur over time that can yield a unique meld of those cultures.
There's something really fascinating exploring the cultural mores and mindsets that influenced each faction, like the Autobots prioritizing a more transactional approach to relations due to Iacon's and Crystal City's influence (the birthplace of Functionism where frame dictates function and the influx of many academics still used to their colleges' and universities' methods of trade), whereas the Decepticons used gladiator culture as the template for interactions, while absorbing Seekerkin mores and the behaviors of the underground artists and rebels.
With that in mind... cultural misunderstandings and differences. And because it's me, throw in a random person who has no ties to Cybertron:
Random person (hands over a cool sword): Here you go.
Autobot (testing out the weapon, admiring the quality and thinking about an appropriate gift to give back)
Decepticon: Pfft, they probably bought the thing, typical
Random person: I got this bad boy off the guy that tried to ambush me. Killed him with it, too.
Autobot (mentally increasing the monetary value of the gift to compensate the personal danger to acquire): Well damn that's sick
Decepticon (dying inwardly at the sudden realization that the Autobot got the most hardcore marriage proposal and he's standing there like a fucking dingus)
Random person: Hey, you wanna go to the library at my uni? I need to study for the finals and need someone to be a soundboard for my papers.
Decepticon (desperately trying not to hyperventilate that they're given access to knowledge beyond their caste and function and the chance to even be associated with higher education): I would die for you.
Autobot (trying to ping to other mecha whose credentials align with the asker's field and specialty as they don't have the sufficient skillset due to their frame and/or caste and needs to politely redirect person): I cannot make it but I know someone who's interested...
Random person: You think you can watch the kid? I know it's last minute, but...
Autobot (absolutely flattered that person thinks that they have valuable skills to pass onto the kid): No need to fuss. I can take them on.
Decepticon (mentally taking note on how to keep the kid intact while beating off everyone else with fists, feet, and blackmail and absolutely ignoring the feeling that the person trusts their vulnerable member in their care): They'll survive under my protection.
