the national deputies Gerardo Milman, Lilia Lemoine and Carlos Zapata are trying to pass a law that prohibites any institution that has any sort of public funding (public health, insurances, and sanitary programs) from offering hormone replacement therapy and gender affirming surgery to trans people, making them pay the whole price. this would cause irreparable damage to the argentinian trans community, where about 70% of people are sex workers and live in poverty. this law project also includes:

• prohibiting any sort of medical intervention for minors, even with informed consent

• eliminating the principle to fair treatment from law 26.743, now making respecting the persons identity and preferred name a choice rather than something mandatory

• incorporating the principle of "state neutrality", prohibiting the state from promoting, financing and disseminating educational content, campaigns or talks that recognize gender identity in educational settings and public organizations

• derogating all dispositions that contradict "state neutrality", eliminating benefits, campaigns and subsidies that promote trans inclusion.

law 26.743 was approved with unanimity in the state senate and was achieved as the fruit of years of hard work from the lgbt community. it consitutes a fundamental tool for inclusion, dignity, and historic reparation for trans people. its dismantling not only implicates a violation to the international compromises assumed by the argentinian state, but it also exposes thousands of people to situations of even more vulnerability, exclusion and structural violence.

this law hasnt been passed yet and if we continue creating pressure we can stop it!!

DO NOT MIX ANY CHEMICALS THAT YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE ARE SAFE TO MIX. (SPOILER: MOST THINGS ARE NOT REALLY SAFE TO MIX AND SOMETIMES COMBINING SAFE ONES ACTUALLY MAKES THEM LESS EFFECTIVE ANYWAY, SO JUST DON’T COMBINE THIS KIND OF SHIT!)
