They're getting shit done, hijinks are happening, there's suffering galore all around... And feelings develop BECAUSE of that, not in spite of it, in a way that felt natural and touching to me. Love and tenderness in the middle of all the violence and chaos. Their scenes together are cute, there's mutual respect, and none of this negates the gay shit going on between the boys, it just serves to make everyone look bisexual and polyamorous as fuuuuck.
