Scramble Art

For this prompt, I wanted to return to traditional media, again, after so many years of digital art. This is “roots” both thematically, and in my return to from whence I started with good ol’ pencil, ink, and paper.

Not feeling today, so I did a quick and dirty painting using a reference (no tracing). Took 90 minutes outta my day thank god

“Blame!” is a very cool manga that is just right up my alley in terms of aesthetics. I adore the tech design in it.

I would’ve liked to have had more than a few hours to really refine this, but hey, you work with what you can get.
