Technus finds out that the Alva family is alive and thriving and he suddenly goes vengeance spirit and goes to Dakota city to haunt Alva and his facilities. Static and Gear try to stop him but being a tech-possessing ghost makes it hard, especially for Richie since his backpack and other gear could be taken over. Enter one ghost boy and possibly his family to help stop Technus's revenge powered rampage.
