my neck  my back  literally  slouchie is becoming an ouchie

going to bed early because your back hurts after a long day and waking up to your back hurting differently because of a bad sleeping position

did anyone ever do the math of how many centimeters/inches you're missing in height because of your scoliosis?

I grew 5cm after I had surgery to straighten my spine!
