When you show people your X-rays and they loose their shit at all the metal and curves in your spine, so you feel cool af for a little bit.

For some of us a healthy lifestyle looks like gym sessions and salads

For others a healthy lifestyle looks like taking everyday activities easy and going to physio

For some of us “being healthy” means going to psychologists appointments anf taking our meds

For others “being healthy” means not having that extra slice of cake and going for a jog

For some of us a major achievement is finishing in the top 10 of a marathon

For others a major achievement is getting out of bed that day
