Him habing white hair doesn't help when you see he has eye wrinkles, but his brothers still look young. Obviously they were not that young when they died, but still younger than maekar would live.

They might have not gotten along when they were alive (aerys did nlt name maekar his hand) but I can't help but think that if he remembers them so young, he doesn't remember them as they were but as young adults he can forgive for their wrongs (aerys not naming him) or being unfit to be a king (rhaegel being mad)

Most of all, their faces show their personalities really well : rhaegel the gentle, baelor the charming older brother, aerys lost in his thoughts and books, maekar who is not in peace (and hasn't been since ashford).

The crown worn by a fourth born son is too heavy :'(

I just hope maekar had egg and aerion (and maybe his daughters ?) by his side when he was a king

Thank you for your long review! 🥹🥹🥹🥹for me, maekar has always been spoiled by his brothers (after all, his anger towards aerys wasn't entirely justified: Westeros never stipulated that the king's brother or first in line to the throne must be hand of the king lol—he just naturally felt the position belonged to him and then sulked with his brother, while aerys didn't even blame him(and that's so cute). so the thought of maekar becoming king means that all his loving elders have passed away, and he's no longer the pampered little brother…it all hurts me…
