i think my favorite thing about deltarune is probably the fact there are like. so many plots going on at once? like, yea theres the whole thing with the prophecy and the three heroes and stuff but then there's also the story of two falling out big shots or the lesban relationship or an absolute egomaniac bird learning to just exist in the real world and then the shadow crystals and egg-man and how the FUCK does toby write so intricately i need to know

So I know that Spiderman is Marvel and the Absolute Universe is DC but just imagine for me Imagine a world where Peter Benjamin Parker, a college student in Queens, ends up getting bitten by a radioactive spider that, over the course of several runs, starts to break apart the Spider from the Man. Grows fangs and venom glands, temperature control worsening, natural webbing. Imagine if one of the villains of this run dedicates their criminal career specifically for the purpose of fast tracking that separation, attempting to ruin every part of Peter's life until there is no "Man" left. Only the Spider. The one that New York needs.
