Stargate Adventure (Windows, Sektor 13, 2005)
You can download this Stargate fangame here. You can run it better and on more systems using the latest daily build of ScummVM, although the intro movie will not play.
About chapter pack. It has some non-canon endings (like golden ending for Asgore or new friends ending for Undyne). And I know they are non-canon for a reason, but can we speculate a little on how the story would progress if they were? For an example, if the story would progress after new friends ending,would Undyne at the very least not use The Determinator against Frisk?
There's room for speculation and fanworks in the noncanon endings, tbh! We wanted to set up some fun what-if scenarios that people could contemplate and imagine with.
tonight I played Rozen Diadem, a doujinge Rozen Maiden danmaku from 2009 by Ichigo-Citron. it's pretty short (under 20 minutes) but fun and pretty!

PokeWilds is a fangame (not a romhack) that features procedurally generated maps using the Gen2 sprites/tiles and places the player on a beach of a random region that is devoid of people but populated by wild pokemon.
It's basically a pokemon survival game with
friendly and unfriendly pokemon
day and night cycles
multiple biomes, which are being added to even now
non-move-tied HMs which allow you to cut trees down, surf, fly, teleport, and even ride on your pokemon
legendaries, shinies, and the freedom to explore WHEREVER because the wild pokemon levels grow with you (*some restrictions apply)
also the freedom to steal eggs from poke-parents and then narrowly escape with your life as you fucking BOOK IT I'M SO SORRY VENASAUR I JUST WANTED A BULBASAUR BABY I'M SORRY I PROMISE I'LL TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT I SWEAR OH GODOHGODOHGOD

The fundamental problem with Touhou fangames is that the cute slice-of-life titles always strongly downplay the setting's omnipresent batshittery. Like, if that's your thing, cool, but maybe I want to play a cozy little restaurant management life sim whose mechanics of play matter-of-factly acknowledge that 50% of your customer base routinely consume human flesh.
