Listened to the same '60s/'70s songs over and over for over thirty years because it was one of the only connections he had to his home and his mom (and because he has good taste)
He’s suffered so much loss and was raised by grumpy pirates but is still goofy and is often selfless when it comes down to it (despite being a professional thief for most of his life)
But he still has very human, emotional responses when he feels pain from loss
Doesn’t care that Gamora is a daughter of Thanos because he sees that she is broken and wants to do the right thing
Has saved the galaxy with the power of friendship not once, but TWICE
Did not hesitate to grab on to an infinity stone even though he thought it would kill him
