body image/self-esteem in general is hard for me these last few months or so as someone who was effortlessly stick-thin throughout high school, gaining the weight that i have recently makes me feel like no clothes that i own look good, no hair style looks good, no picture taken of me looks good, nothing about me looks good i lost an excessive amount of weight while i was in scotland, practically dropping me to the weight i was in high school actually. but my mental health had plummeted and i was hardly eating because of my anxiety and sadness from my toxic relationship at the time, so the weight loss did not come from a healthy, safe space at all. i’m trying to embrace my current weight, recognizing i am in a better place now, and that it’s good and okay to be here, wherever that is

not to be dramatic or anything but she’s my whole world tbh
