The main purpose of this fitness blog is to document my progress. I'm tired of being overweight. I have been working out on and off for about 14 years trying to get back in shape. My main strategies to achieve my goals is a mixture of crossfit and a permanent change in my diet. If this blog inspires someone else to make a change in their life, that would be the icing on the gluten-free cake.
