Sometimes its fun to give Sebek more fae features to explore, but I kind of dislike giving him pointed ears and facial scales at his current age, as that is literally the first thing Book 7 Baul and Lillia point out he doesn’t have, and one of the defining features of fae. Him not having the defining features of a fae despite his love for the fae world is kind of his whole thing! I could see the idea of him developing more fae-like features as he gets older but I honestly like Sebek that leans more human or just kind of in the middle between fae and human, or any of his more fae features are not visible or behavioral in nature. There’s also much creativity that could be utilized with just his eyes and teeth alone. My Sebek headcanon is that he has or will have some scales but they’re kind of randomly placed on his body, and that he’s a really good swimmer and wrestler due to crocodiles being able to hold their breath for so long and their infamous death roll
