For the purpose of this census, Imperial Core will be defined as the following: United States, Canada, Australia, Aotearoa, basically all of Western Europe, Japan, and Israel. If you want to argue about any of these designations, too bad maybe they should stop colonizing.

Made this post about 15 minutes after the repair guy who fixed the pump on my dishwasher packed up his tools and left, as the dishwasher was whirring along doing my dishes from that morning.

Collin Kennedy died in 2018, just two years after this video was taken. What would anonymity have achieved for him in those last two years? Avoiding punishment? His whole point was that these parking fees are already a punishment on the sick.

Regarding economic coercion, that's called having a job. But also I promise you there is a world of difference between trying to buy a person (for the love of fuck will you people ever aknowledge its not only women in porn and work conditions are a concern for EVERYONE involved) and someone making a career in porn.

To help trafficked and coerced sex workers we necessarily must end the demonization of sex work or else you are giving traffickers the literal tools to force unwilling people into it!

One of my family members was sex trafficked. Her case became a part of state legal precedent because her trafficker's conviction resulted in an expanded definition of one of the terms used to define trafficking (kept vague for the sake of my family's anonymity.) You know what one of the biggest barriers was to her getting help?

The fact that everyone she reached out to saw her as a stupid meth head "whore" and not a person who was fucking afraid for her life.

Rape is bad because it is *a violation of autonomy* (which is the part that makes it abuse). Why am I nitpicking?

"Abuse" framing with no further qualifiers is what misogynists and whorephobes exploit to paint sex work as abuse across the board. Not specifying the abusive element invites the audience to project their own views and the general public has quite skewed views of what is rape, what is abusive.

Under these frameworks, people tend to default to "what feels icky to me" to decide what counts. So sex work? That's rape. Kink? Also rape. Being coerced outside of a sex work context? Quite resistance instead of saying no? Without consent but otherwise vanilla? Its your partner? Your friend? Well that's not rape.

A wild blade attacks, fresh from its sheathe! This just in - reports are telling that you have drawn the blade from its sheathe - do you have any comments on this matter? So apparently, and idk if this is true, but apparently you drew the blade from its sheathe? You must have drawn the blade, its in your hand, the blood is flecked on your face. And who helped me with that? Not people calling for some nebulous revolution. Not people telling me that the system was useless. Not people preaching at me to grow my own food.
