Black Raw crab marinated in soy sauce.
It's my first time making Korean raw crab marinated in soy sauce. It's done in the same way that shrimp and salmon marinated in soy sauce are. I purchased black crabs from a fisherman near the shore because they had good quality fresh meat and were appropriate for this menu.
The crab meat is so fresh and goes so well with the soy sauce. The sauce tasted sweet from palm sugar, a little salty from Soy sauce, and had a light aroma of ginger and garlic.
