I am a woman and that’s great.

For many people, being a girlfag means to simply be sexually attracted to gay men.

So you can also see yourself as a girlfag when you are 100% cisgender. Of course you don’t have to though. The word is pretty ugly, I know.

Anyway, women being attracted (or rather obsesed) with gay men was actually the first definition of this term however it has changed to focus more on the woman's genderidentity.

That’s good for me because I am not only the queen of fujoshi (grils who are obsessed with yaoi aka. boyxboy anime) who would watch the shit out of two men making out (don’t get me wrong. I would so definitely do that), but I’d also love to be a PART of what’s happening.  

Unfortunately, I do indeed feel like a guy in this moment but I still have a female body.

Sounds stupid but this fact still cracks me up every time I realize it. Well, at least I don’t have to think about wether I want to be top or bottom ;)

So this is the sad truth but as I said before, I am completely okay with being a woman too. As in, I identify as a woman (mostly) and I feel at home in my body.

Don’t like boobs though so I’m gratefull that this problem is literally not very big^^

A friend of mine once asked me if I’d like to swap bodies (she’s a woman in a man’s body) and at first I got very excited about the idea of being a man.

But when I thought about it for a few minutes, I started to see that it’s not really what I am or what I want. Pretty obvious reason: I love women’s clothes (would love to have a suit though) and even though you CAN wear them as a man too (which btw look sooo cute/hot) it’s not really a thing where I live and People would stare at me and jugde me a lot. And ‘cause I totally hate unwanted attention, I’d never be able to wear my favourite clothes in public :O

Also I love the advantage of being a helpless little girl.

You don’t want to help with transporting this heavy stuff over there? Look at a man with an expression that cries for a hero to help the poor little princess. (Btw: This strategy makes my inner man scream^^)

Of course there are also many advantages of being a man but seriously: being a woman is just fine for me.

And this “most of the time” is basically the reason why I call myself bigender.

It’s not that I switch between feeling 100% as a woman and 100% as a man but I am both at every time of the day. Sometimes I feel a bit more like one or the other but I am always both. (Which is why I used the percentages in the last post).

Now, radical feminists on this site have a tendency to ask hard questions and this is mine: Are women allowed to refuse service to customers? And for what reasons?

How many fast food employees are allowed to refuse to make their ex a burger? How many manicurists can turn away their grouchy neighbors? We are in a tizzy about bakers not making wedding cakes for gay couples recently so if prostitution is supposed to be like any other job then when can you reasonably refuse service at other jobs?

Your ex comes in and wants to have sex with you and the manager says you’ll lose your job if you don’t. Your dad’s friend who has been giving you creepy looks since you were 13 is now here for you at 18. We can really go on and on because these places could start making you roleplay or be flogged for BDSM or a million other things.

And another swerf post on this website recently mentioned OSHA standards for bodily fluids. According to the “regular job” propaganda, we would have to have no skin to skin contact if we really wanted it to operate like any other job.

Reason I’m saying all this is because I’m so. fucking. scared of this bullshit “sex work is work!” rhetoric. It’s so dangerous, especially for disabled women like me. What if the government cuts off my disability checks, or my father’s insurance cut me off because, if prostitution is legalized and ~*sex work is real work!*~ technically the government or my father’s job could claim it IS possible for me to get a job: prostitution. I would literally have to get raped just to be able to afford both the medication I need to function even somewhat normally, and the constant doctors and specialists I need to see.

(Cont) relationships have been super one sided. And I’ve never dated anyone whose labia looked like mine. I don’t have money for plastic surgery, but I can’t imagine anyone loving my body as it is. I almost feel jealous of trans women bc they get so much support for their bodies being women’s bodies, even their dicks being women’s dicks, but what about cis women whose bodies deviate from the norm? Sweet, sweet friend. I am so sorry you are hurting. Our bodies are a fraught and difficult thing to deal with when society tells us they are only “supposed” to look a certain way. Sweetheart, not only are there lesbians out there who will find you to be perfect just as you are, you are perfect and normal just as you are. Hairy women and small breasted women are great. And believe it or not, there is a MUCH larger range of labia out there than any media would have you believe. I’ve seen everything from tiny labia minora tucked onto labia majora to labia minora that extends out several inches, very large. It doesn’t make you any less womanly at all (and I think it’s cultural to assume that one is more “feminine”… they are female parts, why assign them cultural roles?). In fact, large labia are very beautiful and womanly in my book. When aroused, large labia typically open slightly like they are framing a picture—lovely! Amazing!

Your male doctor was wrong. You don’t need to be “fixed”. And I definitely hear the frustration where people are endlessly willing to validate permutations of male bodies while sticking to a single script for female acceptability. It’s very hurtful.

I think you can hope for and expect a partner who loves and celebrates your body. I don’t know how old you are, but I remember when I was younger partners were far more dogmatic about what was “acceptable” based on societal ideals. The older I get the more people tend to base attraction on what they actually like. Personally, and I know I have heard this from other women, large labia are not at all a barrier and many women find them sexy.

But how are you ever going to know if nobody ever sees? I feel your pain and insecurity. And it’s okay to move as slowly as your heart needs. Maybe you need to talk about it with a potential lover first, and get that affirmation beforehand. You deserve to be loved.
