I was re-watching Voyager this weekend, and the fact that Admiral Janeway comes back to die for her crew just hit me hard again.

The scene when Captain Janeway asks the Admiral "Are you sure about this?", and she replies "No", the gesture kills me. She knows that she will die before the timeline is changed, which means she will experience death and all that comes with it.

The acknowledgment that she is not ready to die and still goes ahead with a plan she knows will kill her, makes me want to jump into the screen and save her, and shout "How dare you!" at all of them.
