Okay imo every Sam fic that's in character should be OCD Sam simply because I see it in canon, like even ie moral scrupulosity.

This is by no means exhaustive especially in that some of the fics I like the most exploring Sam and OCD wouldn't necessarily be focused on it or tagged it, but Sam POV fics that well written. These ones are focus more on elaborating (or adding hcs) on his OCD though here!

A place where i am blinded by the light (but it's not right by @starlightswait (lovely writer) is about Sam in the fallout of the Gadreel possession. I really love it!

lightening in my head to be brought to the world by ad_castra (who also has some other really cool fics) just read today is SO good for OCD Sam that links in self harm and PTSD (so big triggers for self harm+intrusive thoughts). It is really an amazing fic!!

This fic (a magic trick) @theboykingscrown wrote me for my birthday with Sam stimming with card tricks! Which isn't necessarily OCD but often a grouped symptom and also I adore it. Their pinned also has their astounding fics.

This fic references OCD a few times, a Sam/Jess preseries fic on blood drinking (and bdsm so nsfw, not meaning to recommend minors), though check tags, same with this fic Nothing's Safe where Cas possesses Sam to heal him in the born again identity, though PTSD and hallucinations are a bigger focus there, it's got the tag.

Into The Black too is about Sam with OCD in season 7 (so also referencing other symptoms).

@grim-work has this fic that also features Sam and numbers and 6's which is something I really enjoy and have thought about a lot. Lovely writing!
