A Puppy's Love
This poor hush puppy style pup was overloved by his warm blooded puppy sibling. Here are a couple of his diagnosis photos:
He needed a bath, and muzzle and eye repair so he could once more explore his world with scent and sight.
Here he is in his bubble bath:
And here's his heart being made and installed with a bit of his original stuffing:
I had a near perfect match to repair his damaged muzzle, and his nose, while a bit worn, was to be kept. Hush puppy noses are proprietary, so we wouldn't have found a perfect match without a donor.
Once his nose was repaired, his eye paint was touched up. And finally, he got new whiskers. Hush Puppies always have whiskers, unlike a lot of stuffed dogs. When I put in whiskers, on cats or dogs or other patients, they're always a bit wild, so that their people can trim them to the desired length when they get home.

Puppy flew home from Arkansas and his whole family was thrilled to see him, including his sibling pup!
